Middle Facial Bones

• *Orbital Fx

• Zygomaticomaxillary Fx

• **Naso-ortbitoethmoid Fx

Upper Facial Bones (non orbital)?

• Frontal Sinus Fx

Injury Detected?

Soft Tissue Injury

• 2cm of missing tissue

• Eyelid or globe involvement

• Facial nerve involvement and/or Parotid duct involvement

Concern for injury?

• Ecchymosis

• Abrasions to Face

• Facial Pain

• Facial Laceration
